Every night your catch is filleted and packed in airtight bags before being frozen on-site.
Extreme care is taken in filleting, cleaning, bagging and freezing your fish each night. Our conveniently portioned packages are designed to go from freezer to your favorite recipe with only a simple rinsing.
At the end of your trip special waxed boxes are packed with approximately 50 lbs of fish. These special boxes can be checked as luggage with the airline and are designed to keep your fish frozen for many hours after you leave Elfin Cove. Thus, allowing you to get home with still frozen fish ready for your own freezer.
