Getting to Elfin cove will first require you to fly into Juneau, Alaska - Alaska’s capitol city. You are welcome to make reservations through your own travel agent or if you’d like you can use our local travel agency listed below.
Once in Juneau you will meet your float plane pilots and other guests making their way to Elfin Cove for their own vacation of a lifetime. You will board one of Ward Air’s aircraft and once ready to go will take off for an 85 mile flight west over the icy straights of Southeast Alaska..
On this 45 minute scenic journey keep your eyes peeled - whales, eagles, bears and other Alaskan wildlife are common place on this short hop on your way to our very own fishing paradise.
Approaching Elfin Cove you will enter a different world where the only highway is a wooden planked boardwalk around our small fishing community. No cars, no pavement, no rush hour gridlock - just a village located in some of the best fishing grounds in all of Alaska.

You will want to pack light - usually a duffel bag with a change or two of clothes. .. we do your laundry as needed. Why do we do this? The less your bring the more fish you can take back! If you bring just one carry on bag you can check two boxes of fish for the return flight home.
