Teriyaki Salmon Marinade -Sauce
|
1 Cup Soy Sauce
1/2 Cup Brown Sugar packed
1/2 Cup Noilly Pratt - or drinkable dry white whine
1/4 Cup Olive Oil, or less if using oily fish such as Salmon
1 or 2 Green onions chopped finely, or more if you like onions
5 large cloves garlic minced or more
2 Tablespoons fresh ginger minced or equivalent dried
Mix well, let stand, can be made ahead & refrigerated.
Marinate meat for at least 1 to 2 hours, longer for more flavor
If you want to use as a sauce after marinating meet, bring to a boil & simmer to reduce to desired consistency. |
